• All RTW Bridal Gowns and Suits are pre-ordered and made to measure.
• Alterations may be allowed by request ( Additional charges may apply).
• We can customize size according to client’s measurements (Additional charges will apply).
• Shipping lead time is estimated around 2 to 6 months for international orders.
• For orders placed within the Philippines, items may be picked up at our Atelier.
• Once order is completed it is considered sold.
• A representative from Chynna Mamawal Atelier will email you to confirm your order and guide you through the process.
• For hygienic purposes we don’t allow returns or exchanges.
• Upon start of production, refund wont be accommodated.
